How Jordan's Furniture uses inriver as a centralized place to store all product data, eliminating duplicate work and conflicting information

Jordan’s Furniture, a New England retailer founded in 1918 with seven stores and a large SKU base, needed e-commerce that could deliver richer, accurate product information to customers and channels without manual, duplicative work. To address this, Jordan’s selected inriver PIM to centralize product data and streamline content delivery.

The vendor implemented inriver PIM (integrated with Sitecore for web, catalog, and search) to provide a single source of truth, eliminating duplicate work and conflicting information. Inriver’s solution improved website search effectiveness, page load times, and product indexing, made product information automatically available to other enterprise systems, and reduced employee look-ups from five places to one—driving a more transparent shopping experience and improved online sales.
