Jacuzzi, the California-based manufacturer of hot tubs, swim spas, and hydrotherapy products, was struggling to manage a portfolio of more than 20,000 SKUs across dealer and direct-to-consumer channels. Manual data entry, inconsistent product attributes, and custom formatting slowed product launches and made it difficult to scale globally, so the company looked for a more scalable product information foundation with Inriver.
