Euretco, now EK, is the Netherlands’ largest retail service organization, supporting 1,500 entrepreneurs and franchisees across nearly 2,400 stores. It struggled with fragmented product information spread across ERP, e-commerce platforms, and Excel files, which caused inconsistent data, slow product launches, and even abandoned carts. EK needed a scalable, SaaS-based Product Information Management solution, and chose Inriver PIM.

Inriver, implemented with XSARUS, centralized EK’s product data into a single source of truth and automated ingestion from GS1 Fashion Base, Stockbase, and Fashion Cloud. This reduced manual work, improved data quality and consistency, and made it easier to enrich and distribute product information across EK’s e-commerce platform and member web shops. As a result, EK accelerated time-to-market, increased efficiency, and expanded its ability to offer broader assortments faster.
