Coop Sverige AB, a major Swedish retailer operating stores and online under brands such as Coop Forum, Coop Bygg and coop.se, needed a rigorous, centralized way to manage product information and deliver a consistent shopping experience across growing digital channels. To solve this, Coop selected Inriver as their product information management solution (inriver PIM), alongside Adobe InDesign and Episerver, to centralize and streamline product content across print, web and commerce.

Using Inriver PIM as the central hub, implemented as part of the broader solution, Coop launched the platform in under six months and can now update product information in one place and publish to all channels in fifteen minutes or less. Inriver enabled all product data, images, campaigns and offers to be managed centrally, improving time-to-market for marketing and design teams and ensuring consistent content across channels.
