Case Study: Boretti achieves a single source of product information and outperforms last year's revenue with inriver

A Inriver Case Study

Preview of the Boretti Case Study

How Boretti was able to achieve a single source of product information and outperform last year's revenue, despite the pandemic

Boretti is an Italian culinary lifestyle brand selling high‑end kitchen appliances across Europe that needed to scale into new geographies with omnichannel commerce. To centralize scattered product data and build an agile, cloud‑based architecture for both B2B and B2C, CIO Barry van der Groep selected the inriver product information management (PIM) solution and sought a strong implementation partner to handle integrations and syndication.

inriver, implemented with partner CTAC, was deployed in an accelerated multi‑phase program (basic implementation in three months) with integrations to ERP, Shopify and middleware for field mapping. The centralized PIM reduced time to manage and onboard products, improved product data quality, signaled fewer returns and higher customer satisfaction, and helped Boretti outperform last year’s revenue despite the pandemic.
