Pandora, the global jewelry brand with 6,500+ stores in more than 100 countries, faced major challenges managing product data across its growing online and in-store channels. To create consistent product experiences and better support merchandisers, Pandora turned to Inriver and its PIM platform.
Inriver implemented a centralized PIM to replace fragmented databases and workflows, connecting product data across ERP, e-commerce, and retail operations. The result was faster, more efficient workflows, easier access to rich product catalogs for store teams, and support for expansion into six new markets per year, including a streamlined three-month launch of Pandora’s Diamonds collection.
