Ellos, one of Northern Europe’s largest e-commerce and mail-order retailers, selected Inriver PIM to address slow, fragmented product information processes. With product data spread across in‑house and commercial systems, Ellos needed a single source of truth to simplify product creation and enrichment for hundreds of brands and own-label items across digital and printed channels.
Inriver implemented Inriver PIM as the central PIM, integrating with Ellos’s system landscape and providing a flexible data model and simpler enrichment workflows. The solution consolidated product data, sped up publishing and updates, and is expected to deliver a smoother workflow and faster time‑to‑market for Ellos (targeted go‑live August 2016), with Inriver projecting major gains in time and efficiency for managing the large product range.
