Coram International - Customer Case Study

Coram International, a Western Europe–based manufacturer of sanitation products and owner of brands like Tiger, Sealskin and Geesa, faced scattered and inconsistent product information across ERP systems, Excel lists and supplier feeds for its roughly 40,000 products as it prepared to roll out e-commerce. After market evaluation, Coram selected Inriver PIM (with implementation support from XSARUS) to provide a structured, user-friendly single source of truth for product data across global marketing channels.

Using Inriver, Coram defined a Marketing Model covering all product attributes, built inbound connectors for supplier data, and created outbound XML feeds and a custom Excel exporter to populate webshops, marketplaces and print channels. The Inriver implementation centralized about 40,000 SKUs, linked existing systems into one platform, sped up delivery of images and product information, and set Coram up to expand into B2B/B2C e‑commerce and additional languages.
