Camfil powers their filtration solutions with clean product information

Camfil, a global leader in filtration solutions, was struggling with product information managed entirely in Excel: collaboration was difficult, employees duplicated effort updating multiple files, and staff and manufacturers’ reps couldn’t reliably find the most up-to-date data. To address these issues, Camfil turned to Inriver and its Product Information Management (PIM) capabilities.

Inriver implemented a single, integrated PIM system that replaced the company’s “content spaghetti,” eliminating continuous email updates and spreadsheet work. The Inriver solution automated Camfil’s product information flow, streamlined data approval, and—via integration with Adobe InDesign—enabled approval of content for 18 catalogs from one place, cutting catalog publishing time by half.
