Abkati - Customer Case Study

ABKATI, a B2B supplier of heavy-duty vehicle components with about 7,000 products in two languages, faced manually managed product information and growing customer demand for richer digital and print content. To speed up product launches across a new website, upcoming e‑commerce and a digital catalog, ABKATI selected Inriver and its Inriver PIM solution to create a structured, scalable product-information foundation.

Using Inriver PIM and implementation support from Inriver’s partner network, ABKATI centralized texts and images, shifted product ownership to category managers, and brought web and catalog production in-house. The implementation has delivered faster, more frequent product launches, fewer data errors, improved product discoverability (customers can find products sooner and easier), and stronger control of their expanding sales channels.
