DPR Construction, a leading national general contractor specializing in technically complex and sustainable projects, needed a modern, flexible way to run annual employee satisfaction surveys that would reach field staff across 19 locations—many of whom don’t regularly access computers—and support bilingual access and multiple feedback methods while preserving respondent anonymity.

Partnering with Inquisium, DPR deployed surveys via email, on-site kiosks and unique URLs in English and Spanish and used Inquisium’s Professional Services Group for end-to-end survey creation, collection and reporting. The program delivers a 95% average response rate, high employee engagement (employees eagerly anticipate the survey), contributes to industry-leading retention and helped earn DPR recognition such as #10 on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2014.
