SIG, a leading European distributor of specialist construction materials, faced challenges with internal efficiency, processes, and systems, which were negatively impacting employee workload, stress, and wellbeing. They partnered with the vendor Inpulse to use its employee engagement platform to gather feedback and inform a major digital transformation initiative aimed at rectifying these issues.

Inpulse implemented its Precision program, an AI- and data-powered service, to uncover the root causes of the problems and identify the most impactful changes needed. Although the direct impact of this specific program is still being measured, the insights provided by Inpulse were used to guide the wider digital transformation, giving SIG confidence that their investment would improve workforce collaboration and engagement. Previous engagement efforts with Inpulse had already led to a significant 19-point increase in the company's eNPS score.
