A Inpulse Case Study

Preview of the Large Transport Company Case Study

A shift to a more people-centric culture is beginning to have a tangible and significant impact on employees

a large transport company was struggling with critically low engagement, particularly among its 4,000 drivers. Challenges included a lack of recognition, poor work-life balance, a disconnect from management, and frontline leaders who were unequipped to act on feedback. The company partnered with Inpulse to conduct employee engagement surveys and initiate a cultural transformation.

Inpulse helped implement a more people-centric culture, encouraging regular catch-up conversations between drivers and managers and training leaders to be better advocates for their teams. As a result, the driver Engagement Index increased by 13 percentage points, positive emotions expressed rose by 20 points, and the number of drivers who would recommend the company as a great place to work grew from 24% to 41%. Inpulse enabled a significant, measurable improvement in employee engagement.
