A Inpixon Case Study
Inpixon worked with a leading global construction and agriculture machinery manufacturer in Germany that was struggling with manual scanning and cycle control across a variant-heavy assembly process. The customer needed real-time visibility into assembly steps, materials, and load carriers, plus more reliable quality assurance and sequencing across its pre-assembly and main assembly lines.
Inpixon implemented its INTRANAV.IO RTLS platform as a smart factory and digital twin solution, using real-time location tracking, virtual geofences, automated cycle feedback, Auto-ID postings, and PLC-triggered automation. The result was end-to-end process transparency, eliminated manual scanning, automated plausibility checks and production order transfers, fewer sequence errors and reworks, and better use of worker time and limited assets, all with cm-level location precision.
