Palo Alto Networks needed to simplify a crowded workplace technology stack and reduce the IT burden of supporting too many apps and tools while improving how employees accessed workplace services. Working with Inpixon, using its workplace experience platform and indoor location capabilities, the company aimed to streamline employee access to navigation, meeting-related tools, and other workplace needs across its Santa Clara headquarters.

Inpixon helped Palo Alto Networks unify its most-used services into a single app, Palo Alto Networks Connected, integrating tools such as Aruba Meridian, Envoy, Okta, Nourish, Zoom, Slack, Robin Powered, and Google G Suite. The solution improved onboarding, enabled in-app food ordering, meeting reminders, wayfinding, and real-time communications, while reducing IT overhead and scaling across the expanding campus and future locations.
