How One Workplace is redefining the workplace experience

One Workplace, a family-owned West Coast commercial interiors provider, needed a safe and engaging way to reopen offices during the pandemic while supporting hybrid work, desk booking, and the needs of employees, business units, and customers. It partnered with Inpixon to evaluate and deploy a technology-driven return-to-work approach centered on a mobile workplace app.

Inpixon implemented the Our Workplace app with indoor maps, real-time and projected capacity views, turn-by-turn wayfinding, desk booking, dining and wellness features, and office information in a single employee experience platform. The solution helped One Workplace improve safety, support social distancing and space planning, and make it easier for employees to return and collaborate; the app also provided metrics such as download and adoption rates, usage, office reentry, engagement, NPS, turnover, and business KPIs to measure impact.
