Case Study: Desjardins builds a smart workplace with Inpixon

A Inpixon Case Study

Preview of the Desjardins Case Study

How Desjardins leveraged indoor mapping and location technology to create a smart workplace

Desjardins, North America’s largest federation of credit unions, needed a digital transformation to support a move to the Montreal Olympic Stadium tower, improve collaboration, and create a smart workplace for about 1,200 employees. The organization wanted an employee experience that would encourage adoption and help both call center and corporate staff work more effectively, so it partnered with Inpixon for indoor mapping and location technology as part of a new mobile workplace app.

Inpixon worked with Logient and other technology partners to help power Espace 4141, an iOS and Android app with features such as location sharing, occupancy and space visibility, food ordering, and maintenance requests. The app launched with the move and reached about 40% user adoption in less than six weeks, helping improve real-time visibility, support collaboration, and drive ROI through better space utilization and reduced real estate needs.
