Case Study: Sulis Hospital Bath improves quality assurance and patient safety with InPhase Oversight

A InPhase Case Study

Preview of the Sulis Hospital Bath Case Study

Replacing a full set of systems with a single, integrated solution to improve care, quality assurance and patient safety across all teams in the hospital

Sulis Hospital Bath, part of Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust, needed to put its own quality management and incident reporting systems in place after changing ownership. The hospital wanted an integrated approach rather than multiple separate contracts, and chose InPhase Oversight to support governance, quality assurance, and patient safety.

InPhase implemented its Oversight suite as a single, connected platform for incidents, metrics, risks, audits, and CQC assurance, with mobile and web access for real-time use across the hospital. Sulis also migrated more than 7,000 historic incident records from Datix, helping preserve data for future complaints and claims and saving staff time by linking information automatically across records.
