Case Study: Northampton Partnership Homes improves housing performance with InPhase

A InPhase Case Study

Preview of the Northampton Partnership Homes Case Study

On driving performance improvements for it’s housing customers

Northampton Partnership Homes, an ALMO managing homes on behalf of Northampton Borough Council, needed to improve performance management after its creation in 2015. The organisation was dealing with long void times, fragmented reporting, no central performance framework, and too much time spent chasing information across spreadsheets and teams. InPhase provided the platform used to bring together strategic plans, service plans, risk reporting and audit actions.

With InPhase, Northampton Partnership Homes automated reporting, created a single place to manage performance and actions, and gave managers and the board live, usable information for decision-making. The result was much more efficient reporting, less time spent on “find and fetch” tasks, better visibility and accountability, and improved decision-making across the business. InPhase also helped streamline voids and integrate with the core housing system, Open Housing, supporting tangible time savings and better service performance.
