The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust faced challenges using disparate data effectively to support quality and safety oversight and governance across ward, division and board levels. To address this, the Trust engaged InPhase to deploy integrated nursing quality dashboards that would bring together qualitative and quantitative datasets into one place and enable drill-downs to specific wards and directorates.

InPhase implemented a single-system dashboard solution that correlated workforce, budget, sickness, training and patient indicators, enabling rapid triangulation of data, reduced manual data pulls and real-time reporting. The InPhase dashboards gave the Trust one source of truth from ward to board, increased transparency, saved substantial staff time, supported rapid onboarding of additional COVID-19 capacity and provided captured audit, infection prevention and environmental data for meetings and regulatory review.
