County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest integrated NHS organisations in the country, needed a fast, easy-to-use system to improve performance management and auditing across hospital and community services. Working with InPhase, they looked for a single repository for their data and a way to build “ward to board” quality dashboards so staff could view the same information and have one version of the truth.

The Trust gained clearer oversight, faster and more informed decision-making, and time savings by reducing manual data pulling from multiple sources, while also supporting ward-level commentary and better assurance at executive level. InPhase is now helping the Trust align actions to quality improvement priorities and expand into more speciality-specific and integrated reporting over time.
