Circle Health Group, having acquired BMI to become the UK’s largest private hospital group of 55 hospitals, needed a standardised, intuitive system to conduct quality audits, review outcomes and track improvements at scale. They required real-time assurance, easy multi-user access and a platform that could adapt quickly; after piloting InPhase at their Bath hospital in February 2020, they selected InPhase as their digital quality-management solution.

InPhase delivered a responsive digital system (with mobile, tablet and desktop access and integrated health apps) that enabled real-time updates, data triangulation, and simultaneous multi-user audit input, allowing assessors and leadership to direct action immediately rather than waiting two to three days. The InPhase rollout supported rapid, group-wide deployment across all 55 hospitals, standardised audits and faster intervention and reporting, improving oversight from ward to board.
