By integrating Inovalon’s Claims Management Pro and Claims Management Medicare Pro solutions, MatrixCare automated secondary claims and billing processes. This implementation by Inovalon resulted in customer denial rates dropping to around 2%, well below the national average, which reduced errors and improved patient satisfaction.
