The Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan (OTIP) faced challenges in managing five separate websites built on outdated versions of Kentico, which were difficult to maintain and were not compliant with accessibility standards. OTIP engaged Inorbital to consolidate these sites onto a single, upgraded Kentico 13 platform and to make the entire web property compliant with WCAG AA standards to meet AODA requirements.

Inorbital's solution involved a phased approach, first upgrading and consolidating all sites into one Kentico 13 instance on Azure Cloud, and then systematically addressing accessibility issues.
