How the Fairbank Group used Inntopia Commerce to Drive Advanced Ticket Sales with Dynamic Pricing

The Fairbank Group, which operates Bromley, Jiminy Peak, and Cranmore Mountain Resorts, faced two related challenges heading into the 2017/18 season: getting skiers to plan and buy tickets in advance, and improving day‑by‑day visitation forecasts. To address this they turned to Inntopia and its dynamic pricing product, Inntopia YieldView, to reward advance purchases and reduce last‑minute uncertainty.

Inntopia implemented YieldView to introduce airline‑style dynamic pricing, which let the resorts offer steep advance discounts and simplify their product lineup. The program produced measurable wins — for example Cranmore sold New Year’s Day tickets at midweek prices when booked early, and Jiminy Peak offered more than 40% savings for March tickets purchased in November — while improving UX, concentrating sales in one online channel, locking in revenue, and giving Fairbank Group better daily visitation forecasts.
