Les Sommets, a group of five ski areas in Quebec’s Laurentian Mountains, faced a tight, competitive window for fall season pass sales and struggled with thousands of shoppers who browsed passes but didn’t convert. To address this, Les Sommets worked with Inntopia and used Inntopia Marketing Cloud to better identify and engage those near-purchase visitors.
Using Inntopia Marketing Cloud, the team built an abandoned browse campaign that unified website browsing, transaction, and email data to target visitors who viewed season pass pages but hadn’t bought. Inntopia’s campaign used a helpful, “Need help deciding?” email and drove dramatic results: a 68.6% open rate (3x typical), $30.96 revenue per email on average, a significant rise in pre-deadline pass sales, and many direct reply inquiries—outcomes tracked and measured in real time.
