Killington, a major ski resort, wanted to drive condo bookings and lift overall lodging revenue outside peak season. After seeing an Inntopia blog about running a “Prime Day” promotion, Killington moved quickly to execute a time‑limited sale using Inntopia Commerce and Marketing Cloud to promote the offer and manage bookings.
Using Inntopia’s solutions, Killington launched a two‑day, 35% off condo sale with a kickoff email and a targeted “last chance” reminder; social posts supplemented the push. The results were dramatic: condo revenue on July 15–16 jumped 1,372% year‑over‑year and 2,418% versus the prior week, 90% of condo revenue during the period came through the promotion and 76% of lodging revenue those days was from promo condos. Email engagement rose on the reminder (37% open, 10% click), and 79% of bookings were for Dec–Mar stays, showing strong advance winter demand—an outcome attributed to the Inntopia‑enabled campaign.
