Copper Mountain Resort, a highly competitive destination ski resort, needed a better way to sell the many pieces of a ski vacation together—lodging, lift tickets, lessons, transportation, and other activities. To improve sales and marketing, the resort turned to Inntopia Commerce and has used it since 2007, later adding a custom web interface with Spotlio.

Inntopia helped Copper Mountain connect its call center, web store, and other systems through APIs and Agentopia, making it easier to package and sell multiple products in one place. With Inntopia Commerce, Marketing Cloud, and Destimetrics, Copper Mountain improved sales and marketing KPIs year after year and increased lodging revenue booked online by 278.7% from 2011 to 2017, while also selling lodging, lift tickets, lessons, golf, zip line, airport shuttles, and snowmobiling online.
