Angel Fire, a four-season resort offering lodging, skiing and a wide range of activities, struggled with a fragmented booking experience that forced guests to complete separate transactions for lodging and things like lessons, rentals and lift tickets. Inntopia Commerce connected Angel Fire’s back-end systems (PMS and POS), enabled lodging and activities to be sold side-by-side online and by phone, and synced purchases instantly for seamless redemption. After launching the Inntopia-powered engine and introducing a new 4‑pack ticket product, Angel Fire more than doubled Cyber Monday sales year-over-year, achieving a 134% increase in Cyber Monday revenue.
