Outlook Lodge, an 11-room lodge in Green Mountain Falls, CO, operates almost entirely remotely and needed a property management system (PMS) that let staff manage reservations offsite, support a minimal on-site team, and deliver highly personalized guest communications for a unique self-check-in/out experience. After evaluating more than ten systems, General Manager Jesse Stroope chose innRoad as their PMS.
