Volvo partnered with Innovid and Group M’s Modi Media to boost engagement for its S90 CTV campaign and better understand whether the media investment was driving sales. To measure the business impact, Volvo also worked with Experian to assess sales lift.
Innovid created an interactive, multi-dimensional CTV video experience using existing Volvo content and second-screen functionality across Roku and Samsung devices. Viewers could explore the S90, receive location-based messaging, and request dealership information via SMS, resulting in nearly 526,000 unique engagements, 95,500+ engaged households, 1200+ SMS requests, and a 35% average sales lift versus the control group.
