The platform reformatted 38 million addresses and 41 million telephone numbers, added demographic and geographic data, and tracked campaign history to improve targeting and avoid duplicates. As a result, the contact center improved productivity, segmentation, and time to market, and closing rates on many outbound campaigns nearly doubled.
