A Innovagency Case Study

Preview of the Worten Case Study

Worten designs 20+ service categories with Innovagency

Innovagency partnered with Worten, a major retailer, to tackle the challenge of organizing its service offerings and designing an improved user experience for the online purchase of those services. The goal was to transition the brand, which was more rooted in product sales, to also excel in its digital service acquisition, aiming for better customer experience and increased revenue.

The solution implemented by Innovagency used a Design Thinking methodology. This involved extensive user research, data analysis, and a series of Design Sprints to organize the service information architecture, define the customer journey, and design the digital acquisition flows. The results of this collaboration are now live on Worten's website and mobile app, with the project successfully creating a user-centric framework for service acquisition.
