Innovaccer created unified patient records and customizable dashboards that delivered holistic patient profiles, real-time care insights, and streamlined workflows—closing referral loops and enabling providers to act on care and coding gaps at the point of care. As a result, Sanitas Medical Center increased operational efficiency across coders, PCPs, MAs, and care coordinators within six months, saved $600,000 in operational expenses (with an estimated $1M in shared savings for MyBlue plans in 2021), engaged 78 PCPs, and reduced clarification time by about 10 minutes per case using Innovaccer.
