A Innovaccer Case Study

Preview of the Fortune 50 Company Case Study

How a Fortune 50 Employer Achieved a Net Promoter Score of 65 and Reduced Healthcare Costs

Fortune 50 Company worked with a clinically integrated network (CIN) to offer a direct-to-employer medical plan for its employees but faced the challenge of meeting cost, utilization, and quality targets across a complex delivery system (11 hospitals, 450 locations, 5,000 providers). To address fragmented data and the need for real-time, actionable insights and workflows, the network engaged Innovaccer and its FHIR-enabled Data Activation Platform along with InCare, InGraph, and InNote.

Innovaccer aggregated claims, EHR, lab and other data into a unified patient record, enabled real-time decision support, automated care workflows, and delivered drillable analytics and point-of-care alerts via InGraph, InCare, and InNote. As a result, the Fortune 50 Company saw reduced total cost of care and year-over-year variability, lower employee premiums with an in-network deductible of $500 (vs. $3,600 for the broader PPO), measurable improvements in diabetes, depression, hypertension and cancer screening metrics, and high employee satisfaction (Net Promoter Score of 65).
