Maxim Healthcare Services, a Columbia, MD–based provider of home health, medical staffing and wellness services with more than 380 offices nationwide, needed to align its 104-person Information Services department with business goals. With a six-person PMO but no legacy project management system, Maxim lacked consistent time tracking, a single request-management process, and transparency into resource capacity, budgets and the project pipeline—making prioritization and executive visibility nearly impossible.

Maxim implemented the Innotas cloud PPM solution to enable scored request management, robust time-and-cost tracking, and resource planning with scenario capability. The result was a standardized, centralized process with dashboards and reports that deliver executive visibility, ensure teams work on highest‑priority projects, improve productivity, meet budget targets and realize measurable cost savings; Maxim now plans to extend the solution to Application Portfolio Management.
