City of Memphis: How IT at the City of Memphis Avoided a $200,000 Upgrade

The City of Memphis’ Information Services Center, supported by Zycron’s PMO, needed a modern IT governance and PPM solution to manage resources, budgets, schedules and executive reporting while avoiding a prohibitively expensive ~$200,000 Microsoft Project Server upgrade. The city also required a flexible, web-accessible tool that would fit its existing PPM methodology and support mobile, distributed project managers.
