Innofactor partnered with MIP Electronics Oy, a Kerava-based importer of high-quality measurement equipment, which needed to update its enterprise resource planning system. The customer's challenge was to transition from the outdated Microsoft Dynamics NAV to the modern, cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, a process that had been completed by very few companies in Finland.

Innofactor implemented the new solution and managed the entire project seamlessly, including the integration and data transfer from the old CRM. As a result, MIP Electronics experienced a significantly faster document and invoice processing system, which saved the company considerable time.
