Case Study: STEA digitalizes grant applications with Innofactor

STEA managed to digitalize its grant application process by implementing a new system solution with the help of Innofactor

The Funding Centre for Social Welfare and Health Organisations (STEA), an agency connected to Finland's Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, needed to digitalize its paper-based grant application and management process. To achieve this, they partnered with vendor Innofactor to implement a new system solution.

Innofactor provided a solution built on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Dynasty 360°, which handled the entire process from application to payment. This eliminated all physical paperwork. The project was a success; STEA, which distributes over €360 million in grants annually, now has an efficient information system and values Innofactor as a reliable partner that enabled their agile development.
