The municipality of Bjørnafjorden, formed from a merger, needed a reliable identity and access management system for its 1,800 employees. They partnered with vendor Innofactor to implement a solution based on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM).

Innofactor set up the MIM solution, integrating it with Microsoft Azure AD to control access to network resources. This gave the municipality significantly better control over employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
