IF Metall, a union with over 300,000 members, faced the challenge of manually handling its members' health and dental care fund through an unsupported application managed by multiple suppliers. To address this, they enlisted the vendor Innofactor to create a seamless and integrated system solution.

Innofactor developed and implemented the FRISKUS solution using Microsoft Dynamics 365 with Azure. This new application automated fund management, met all customer expectations, and was delivered on time and within budget. The project significantly streamlined processes, reduced IT costs by phasing out legacy systems, and provided a flexible platform for future needs. Innofactor's solution was initially rolled out to two departments with a plan for further implementation.
