Veritas Pension Insurance, one of Finland's oldest insurance companies, was required by a new law to modernize its customer relationship management (CRM) system. The vendor, Innofactor, implemented the necessary customizations and integrations for the Dynamics system on schedule. Their expertise with Microsoft technologies ensured a successful rollout, allowing Veritas to conduct its first round of YEL earnings reviews effectively. The collaboration was deemed a success, leading to high satisfaction among insurance advisors and a mutual agreement to use the Scrum method for all future development projects.
