Flexible and Community-Oriented Business Premises with VarmaWorks

Varma Mutual Pension Insurance Company, Finland's largest pension insurer, needed a flexible management tool for its new VarmaWorks business premises service. The challenge was to find a solution that integrated customer relationship management and payment processing to support the venture's community-oriented and flexible workspace offerings.

The vendor, Innofactor, implemented a hybrid solution using their Innofactor Prime resource reservation and CRM system, combined with a Microsoft Azure-based booking platform. This provided Varma with the tools to manage reservations, pricing, and invoicing with great flexibility. The initial experiences were very promising, leading to continued partnership for further service development in 2017, with Varma expressing high satisfaction with the excellent cooperation and the system delivered on a tight schedule.
