Mitsubishi Motors Sweden, managed by MMC Bilar Sverige AB, faced the challenge of creating a comprehensive view of its customer engagement to strengthen relationships and communication with its network of retailers and service garages. To address this, they partnered with vendor Innofactor to implement a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM online solution.
Innofactor implemented the business-critical CRM system, integrating it with the DirectSmile marketing automation tool to better align and automate customer communications. This solution enables Mitsubishi to select and analyze large amounts of data for improved strategic decision-making and to offer more exceptional service, thereby building more lasting and profitable customer relationships. A subsequent project phase focused on further integrating workflows and increasing communication frequency.
