Cramo, a construction machinery rental company, sought to streamline its financial planning processes across its international operations. They partnered with vendor Innofactor to implement its Tabella Business Tools software to solve these issues.

Innofactor implemented the Tabella solution using an agile scrum model, which expanded to include forecasting and was deployed in a new cloud environment for fully real-time planning. The solution successfully consolidated financial planning, reporting, and consolidation activities, solving multiple challenges at once.
