TVS Motor Company, a manufacturing firm of about 13,000 employees, faced global talent shortages while aiming to evolve its talent acquisition and management approach and preserve strong retention. To modernize internal mobility and sourcing, TVS partnered with Gloat, using Gloat’s talent marketplace platform to better match people to projects and roles.

Gloat implemented a talent marketplace solution that drove rapid internal hiring activity—nearly 250 project roles were posted within three months of launch—and helped TVS maintain a low attrition rate of ~6%. The program delivered strong user satisfaction (NPS of 62, 22–32 points above typical SaaS averages) and accelerated TVS’s ability to develop and deploy talent at scale, demonstrating measurable improvements in talent acquisition and internal mobility.
