Slim-Fast “Shakes” things up, launching seven new flavors with interactive rich media

Slim‑Fast partnered with Mindshare, Joule and InMobi to drive awareness for the launch of seven new shake flavors, targeting women 25–53. The challenge was to create an engaging, mobile-first experience that would introduce flavor profiles and encourage visits to the Slim‑Fast site.

InMobi built a motion‑activated rich media ad that let users “shake” their phone to rotate through each flavor, tap for nutrition details, and click through for more information. The campaign delivered strong engagement—ad engagement rate was 2× the industry standard and users went an average of three pages deep—while also revealing consumers’ top three flavor choices.
