AJIO doubles overall ROAS with InMobi Performance Solutions

AJIO, a leading fashion e-commerce marketplace in India, faced the challenge of scaling its gross merchandise value growth. With existing mobile performance channels well-optimized, reaching new audiences at higher returns on ad spend (ROAS) was becoming difficult. The brand sought to explore new channels like connected TV while maintaining strict performance KPIs. They partnered with vendor InMobi, deploying InMobi Performance Solutions to address this.

The solution implemented by InMobi involved a connected system for user acquisition and retargeting on mobile, plus activation on CTV. InMobi used a unified intelligence layer to apply mobile buyer insights to CTV campaigns, enabling precise targeting and optimization across channels. The results included a 100% uplift in overall ROAS, an 86% ROAS uplift on CTV, and significant improvements in mobile retargeting performance, effectively doubling ROAS against the previous mobile-only baseline.
