AJIO boosts Android RoAS 20x with InMobi

The customer, AJIO, an online fashion retailer, faced high customer acquisition costs and fragmented user journeys in a competitive market. Their challenge was to re-engage high-intent Android users to boost Return on Ad Spend (RoAS) while also scaling their iOS user base cost-effectively beyond walled gardens. They partnered with vendor InMobi Advertising to address these goals.

The solution implemented by InMobi Advertising involved a two-pronged strategy. For Android remarketing, they used the InMobi DSP and the Glance smart lock screen for programmatic retargeting. For iOS user acquisition, they deployed SKAN-optimized campaigns through the InMobi DSP. The results were a 20x RoAS on the Android remarketing campaign and a 95.6% reduction in Customer Acquisition Cost on the iOS campaign.
