Hugo Hamann GmbH & Co. KG, a full-service office supplier in northern Germany, needed to modernize and digitize cross-departmental processes in its IT system solutions division (about 90 employees across sales, technology and software consulting). To create a continuous workflow from sales to technology to software consulting and fit its in‑house IT strategy, Hugo Hamann chose InLoox and implemented the on‑premise project management solution InLoox PM with Outlook integration.

InLoox delivered the InLoox PM rollout (including online training, BPMN process mapping and project templates), and Hugo Hamann went live in mid‑August 2020. As a result, all 90 employees now use a central system, more than 50 projects were created in the first ten months, project planning and controlling (Gantt charts, resource/load evaluations) became significantly better, colleagues became more productive and customer satisfaction increased.
